Walt Disney World has quietly removed this attraction from the line-up for Extended Evening Hours. What do you think of this change?
Extended Evening Hours
One perk of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort is Early Theme Park Hours. All guests utilizing this benefit can take advantage of entering the parks 30 minutes before the parks officially open.
Deluxe Resort Guests can also enjoy Extended Evening Hours. On select nights, guests with a valid hotel reservation at a Disney World deluxe resort can stay in the park for two extra hours to experience select attractions.
This offering includes several headliner attractions at the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and at times Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Attraction Removed
Disney Parks can make changes at any given time. Earlier this week, we saw the addition of two new attractions to the line-up for Extended Evening Hours.
Both Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Country Bear Musical Jamboree were both listed as available attractions for the Extended Evening Hours at Magic Kingdom on July 17th.
As Tiana’s Bayou Adventure still utilized a Virtual Queue, we all assumed that a new Virtual Queue would be added at 6:00 pm for Extended Evening Hour guests. This is still in use with TRON and Cosmic Rewind.
Now Removed
It reminds us of the fairies from Sleeping Beauty, “Make it pink! Make it blue!” It seems Disney can’t decide if they want to offer Tiana’s Bayou Adventure for Extended Evening Hours or not.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has been removed from Extended Evening Hours
When first added to the attraction list for Extended Evening Hours on July 17th, guests attending that night were told that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure was not open. Today, Disney quietly removed this attraction from the Extended Evening Hours list.
