New Testing Underway to Meet the Beast at Magic Kingdom

New Testing Underway to Meet the Beast at Magic Kingdom

We have been waiting for so long to actually meet the Beast, and testing is now underway. Get full details so you don’t miss out on this opportunity.

Be Our Guests Restaurant is located in Fantasyland at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. It offers both lunch and dinner. This fixed-price menu includes a 3-course menu of French cuisine that will delight both the young and the young at heart.

Pricing for this meal is a bit steep at $70 for adults(ages 10 and up) and $41 for children (3-9 years of age). This is a themed dining meal where the Beast roams throughout his castle and greets Guests.

Before 2020, the Beast would roam throughout the dining rooms, and guests could meet him and have photos taken. When the parks reopened, this changed and the Beast no longer greets guests nor pauses for photos.

Actually meeting the Beast was a BIG draw for many guests. Let’s be honest – for the high price of Be Our Guest, guests expect more than to just see a short walk through of the Beast.

Over the weekend, testing began at Be Our Guest with the Beast. Again this is testing and not a guarantee that you will be able to meet the Beast during your next visit.

At this time testing takes place for both lunch and dinner. Cast Members at Be Our Guest can confirm if the Beast meet and greet testing is currently taking place for the day of your visit.

Again this is just in the testing phase, and Disney has not confirmed that this meet and greet has officially returned. If testing is taking place, guests must wait until the end of their meal to meet him.

Once your dining party has paid for the meal, you will recevie an autograph card from the Beast. You must take this card to the meet and greet in the Armor Room. To our understanding, guests must have this autograph card to meet the Beast. At this time, a PhotoPass photographer is not available.
