New Character Coming to Disney Parks But There’s a Warning

While Disney fans get excited about new character meets, this one may be controversial. Check out why this new character is the first of its kind in a Disney Park.

Both characters, Deadpool and Wolverine have a huge following! And their new movie is sure to be a blockbuster hit!

Deadpool & Wolverine’s new movie releases in theaters this weekend July 26!

Moviegoers can expect adventure, humor, and more in Deadpool & Wolverine. However, this movie is geared toward mature audiences due to its adult content.

Why the Controversy?

The Deadpool & Wolverine new movie is rated R for bloody violence and language, gore, and sexual references. While this is to be expected given their previous shows and movies, both of these characters are more bold than typical Marvel or Disney characters

This is the first time a rated-R character will greet guests in Disneyland’s 69-year history!

Deadpool’s character curses often and has a dark storyline of suffering and revenge. Some may find it exciting to meet him, while others may not consider it appropriate for a Disney Park.

What Does This Mean to You?

If you’re a Deadpool fan, you may be excited to hear that he’s coming for a limited time to 2 Disney Parks.

Whether or not you’re a fan of the Deadpool movies and shows, he won’t be cursing or committing violence at the parks. I (Susan) envision him as more of a Spiderman-type figure “lurking” around.
