If you are hoping for a delightfully ghoulish memento to materialize and follow you home after you visit the Haunted Mansion, you are in store for a treat. Disney has just the thing for you.
Haunted Mansion
The Haunted Mansion is perhaps one of Disney’s most iconic attractions in terms of storytelling. People love visiting the Happy Haunts. This year marks the attraction’s 55th anniversary.
And, because nostalgia is real, people also love being able to bring home a memento of their Doom Buggy excursion. Disney has already announced some fun Halloween treats and merch offerings, and now it is time for Haunted Mansion fans to get excited about what is in store for them.
Hatbox Ghost Souvenir
Hatbox Ghost is an extremely popular Haunted Mansion resident. And now he has a brand new souvenir that fans can drink up.
The new Hatbox Ghost sipper is materlzing in August. This one promises to have haunting sound effects! Lucky fans can bring home this zipper featuring a midnight strap and a built-in straw.
When and Where to Find It
You will be able to find the Hatbox Ghost Sipper starting August 8th in Disneyland. Head to Stage Door Café, Harbour Gallery, Frontierland Popcorn Cart, and New Orleans Popcorn Cart while supplies last.
Some fans might note that this sipper is similar to the one that arrived last year in celebration of the Haunted Mansion movie.
There is no word on if or when he will also appear in Walt Disney World. Since this sipper is specific to the California attraction’s anniversary, it seems less likely that it will head to Florida. However, never say never. We will let you know if he materializes elsewhere.

Had to have a friend send to me from DL last year. We live next to Fort Wilderness. Just like disney execs to do a repeat like mickey in skeleton costume one year then next year same sipper but glows in the dark and this has sound effects. Repeat on the Winifred sipper as well. Sad

Thanks for your thoughts, Wanda. People who scrambled to get one last year are probably disappointed to see one so similar this year. Living ner Fort Wilderness sounds really fun though!
