Disney+ is Disney’s streaming platform. Pretty soon, you will notice an increase in the amount you pay for the service. But, there is a new feature coming which will hopefully make up for that increase.
Disney+
The streaming platform Disney+ is home to great content, from major motion pictures to shorts.
Disney+ is in millions of homes across America and the world over. The service has brought TONS of popular new content to life, and it houses countless Disney-owned shows and movies.
Having so much Disney content right at your fingertips is what we only dreamed of as kids. We can watch anything from Marvel and Star Wars to our favorite Disney classics.
New Feature
Disney+ will introduce “continuous playlists” for its on-demand offerings. This begins on September 4 with “ABC News Live”. Plus, a playlist with pre-school titles like Sofia the First, The Lion Guard, Puppy Dog Pals and more will also debut.
More playlists will come this fall: seasonal content, epic stories, throwbacks, and real life.
ABC News Live, of course, covers everything for the presidential election including live newscasts, breaking news, live events, and in-depth special reports.
Price Increase
This new feature sounds pretty great, but with that comes a price increase. On October 17, the “with ads” tier of Disney+ will increase from $7.99 to 9.99 per month. The “no ads” tier will increase from $13.99 to $15.99 per month.
