Disney is still at work rebooting beloved animated classics as live-action movies. While some fans loathe the renditions, they seem to be providing a big enough draw to entice Disney to make more. Fans hope to see their favorite stories honored on the big screen.

And now Lilo and Stitch is getting the live-action treatment. Will experiment 626 be Disney’s most successful live-action experiment?

We will know in less than a year! The movie is slated to hit theatres in Summer 2025!

What Does Stitch Look Like

One question Lilo and Stitfch fans have had is: what will Stitch look like? How will he translate into a live-action movie?

After all, audiences have been less than impressed with the live-action renderings of some of their favorite animated characters. Sebastian and Flounder come to mind.
