Disney’s first full-length animated feature is none other than Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Released in 1937, this classic film is a beloved story that has stood the test of time. The story tells of Snow White and her wicked Stepmother. When the Evil Queen finds out she is no longer the fairest of them all, she tries to have Snow White killed.

The live action remake initially had a 2023 release date, but was pushed back. The film has not gone without receiving criticism. Peter Dinklage, the actor best known for his role in Game of Thrones, had a lot to say about the film and how it will handle representation of little people.

And, Rachel Zegler, the actress who plays Snow White, had some pretty controversial things to say about the movie.

Disney has had quite some time to re-film a lot of aspects of the movie (if not the whole thing, we’ll never know). You can see the new teaser photo for it above. I do think it is a beautiful photo.

The live-action Snow White will debut in theaters on March 21, 2025, which is 2 years after its original projected release date.
