The first Frozen film took the world by storm in 2012, and many thought the second was even better than the original. While my favorite is still the original, it is exciting to see the lives of Anna and Elsa continue to evolve.

Disney has previously announced that Frozen 3 and Frozen 4 are planned projects. They have been pretty tight lipped, which is not uncommon since they are still very much in the beginning stages.

With TWO confirmed Frozen films, we are trying to get our hands on as much information as possible! Unfortunately, Disney did not divulge too much information, but we did get some nuggets of information.

The first news is that the film has been officially pushed back from 2026 to 2027. We will have to wait an extra year to see the third installment of the franchise! That’s 3 years away!

Second, Disney announced that films 3 and 4 will be more of a series. Whereas the first 2 were their own stories, this leads us to believe the next 2 will have a connected storyline.

We also got a tiny glimpse of the third movie, which you can see in the photo above.
