Disney teased a brand new Zootopia attraction coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom last year at D23. We have been anxiously waiting for more information.
When first announced the new Zootopia attraction would replace the “It’s Tough To Be a Bug” 3D show held inside the iconic Tree of Life. This current show can be terrifying for young children with lots of sights, sounds, and feels.
Now, Disney illuminates a bit more on this new attraction coming to the new attraction coming to Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Zootopia Better Together
The new name for this attraction will be “Zootopia Better Together”. An opening timeline is set for Winter 2025. This still gives guests plenty of time to still grab your offical bug glasses to enjoy “It’s Tough To Be a Bug.”
The current concept for the new “Zootopia” experience has guests visiting the different biomes you only glimpse in the film, traveling along with Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde and other characters.
This will be a great way to bring the Zootopia characters to Walt Disney World and bring a new experience to the delight of many.
