Walt Disney World has quietly removed this attraction from the line-up for Extended Evening Hours. What do you think of this change?
Extended Evening Hours
One perk of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort is Early Theme Park Hours. All guests utilizing this benefit can take advantage of entering the parks 30 minutes before the parks officially open.
Deluxe Resort Guests can also enjoy Extended Evening Hours. On select nights, guests with a valid hotel reservation at a Disney World deluxe resort can stay in the park for two extra hours to experience select attractions.
This offering includes several headliner attractions typically Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.
Attraction Removed
Last week we shared that both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom this fall. With this news, Disney updated the listing of attractions available for Extended Evening Hours.
Now without any notice, Disney removed Muppet 3D Vision from the available attractions for Extended Evening Hours.
We are unsure of why this attraction was listed for a week, and now removed. It reminds us of the back and forth of including Tiana’s Bayou Adventure for Extended Evening Hours earlier this summer.
Why it may be removed
Muppet 3D Vision has been included in the lineup for Extended Evening Hours previously. However, this attraction was missing from the special ticketed After Hours event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Muppet 3D Vision is now removed from the Extended Evening Hours lineup.
While we didn’t understand why Muppet 3D Vision was missing from After Hours we are confused why this is now removed from Extended Evening Hours.
Many Disney fans have speculated that the new Monsters Inc ride coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios may take over the current location for Muppet 3D Vision.
We hope this change is not a signal of an even bigger change coming later. Find out where we think the new Monsters Inc. attraction will be located at HERE.
