If you enjoy grabbing Starbucks coffee or tea during your Walt Disney World vacation, you need to know about this temporary closure. Here are details to help you plan accordingly.
Starbucks in Disney World
Some Walt Disney World goers find that they need a bit of a pick-me-up to adequately prepare for a day at the parks. If you are like many Guests, you appreciate being able to grab a good cup of coffee. For that matter, a mediocre cup of coffee will probably do!
This is why my many fans are delighted to find that there is a Starbucks in every single Walt Disney World theme park. There are options at Disney Springs as well.
Alternatively, all of the parks and many of the resorts also offer Joffrey’s coffee and tea. It is also provided in hotel rooms and served in restaurants. So, there are several options.
Temporary Starbucks Closure
However, some people are more particular about their coffee than others. In fact, some people skip Joffrey’s and go in search of Starbucks.
If you are a Starbucks fan, it is important to know that one Disney World Starbucks location is closing for refurbishment! You will need to make other arrangements.
The Marketplace Starbucks in Disney Springs will be closing temporarily. So, if you are visiting the downtown shopping and entertainment district, you might be affected.
Refurbishment Timeline
Starbucks at Disney Springs Marketplace is expected to close sometime next week. Although the exact closure start date has not been published yet, it is expected to remain closed for refurbishment for two weeks.
Expect the Marketplace Starbucks to be closed for 2 weeks.
If you are really craving a PSL, you can visit the other Starbucks location: Starbucks at Disney Springs West Side. Or, if you aren’t particular, you can visit a Joffrey’s location in Disney Springs as well.
Do you enjoy Starbucks while you are in Disney World? If so, watch out for this closure. And, be sure to share the news so the coffee fans in your life can manage expectations.
