Gideon’s Bakehouse is an extremely popular place to grab treats in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The bakehouse serves delectable bakery items including cakes and cookies as well as caffeinated brews.

In fact, these treats are so popular that the line for Gideon’s Bakehouse typically spills out into the street and wraps around the building. If you are at Gideon’s and you don’t see a line, it is most likely because it became so long that the staff moved it to a virtual queue.

While some people like to rope drop the theme parks, others actually rope drop Gideon’s Bakehouse! Read this full review of Gideon’s Bakehouse here for a tour of the everyday offerings. See whether you think it is worth the wait!

Gideon’s September cookie is one of the most popular offerings of the year. And, it is popular for good reason. It is a delight.

The Sea Turtle Cookie is something special. It spoils you with premium Chocolate, homemade Caramel, and whole Candied Pecans, and a sprinkle of Sea Salt.

This popular cookie, sadly, is only around for a limited time. It is not one of the permanent menu offerings (yet).
