Disney World’s Pecos Bill Adds Delicious New Menu Items

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is one of the best-themed restaurants at Disney World! When eating here, be sure and take in all of the amazingly themed details.

Pecos Bill is a great spot to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the indoor air-conditioning.

Step into this Old West saloon and transport yourself back in time. Savor the flavors of the frontier with fajitas, a fresh southwestern salad, and a hearty bacon cheeseburger. After your meal, treat yourself to the mini churros served with dipping chocolate.

New Menu Items

Are you like me and miss the toppings bar? Unfortunately, there is no word of that returning, but Disney is adding new fresh menu options.

Now you can create your bowls. With the create your own options, you start with one of the following base bowls, then add Chipotle Chicken, Cola Cherry Braised Beef, or Green Chili Pork.

• Steamed Tamales – steamed green chili-cheese tamale with pinto beans, queso fresco, and pico de gallo
• Nacho Bowls – house-fried corn tortilla chips covered with pinto beans, chipotle queso, and pico de gallo.
• Southwest Caesar Salad – romaine lettuce tossed in creamy salsa verde dressing, pepitas, queso fresco, pico de Gallo, and tortilla strips
• Rice bowl – pinto beans, cilantro-lime rice, cowboy caviar, and queso fresco

There is a variety of new kids’ meals in bowls too!

Now you can order new fresh build-your-own bowl options, flatbread and desserts at Pecos Bill.

In addition, there are 2 new entrees, the Double Chili Con Queso Burger (two flame-broiled all-beef patties topped with chili con carne, chipotle queso, and corn chips). Next is the Grilled Masa Flatbread (grilled corn flatbread topped with sweet potatoes, pinto beans, plant-based Pepper Jack “Cheese,” shredded lettuce, pico de Gallo, and plant-based lime crema.

Pecos Bill has also added a few new dessert options: Sweet Corn Mousse, and Mexican Chocolate, and Horchata Verrine.

What Does This Mean to You?

Before, Pecos Bill’s menu felt a little stagnant and lacking in fresh meal options. Now, however, that’s changed with the new menu offerings.

Peco Bill’s is a huge quick-service restaurant, but it gets insanely busy. Try eating a little later or earlier than usual to avoid the crowds.
