Disney has released when Guests can begin booking at the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. Find out when these important dates are so that you can mark your calendar.
New Tower
A couple of years ago Disney announced the new DVC tower at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. The 3 current DVC buildings at the resort were converted from regular “cash” accommodations in 2015.
The Polynesian is a very popular resort, and because there is such a small supply of DVC rooms, the demand is pretty high.
In addition to a soft goods refurbishment that took place a couple of years ago, Disney is adding a 10-story tower which will include a larger variety of rooms. Currently, only studios and bungalows are available for DVC. I know I (Heather) can’t wait for 1- and 2- bedroom villas!
Rooms and First Look
Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows will feature a variety of room types that will sleep from two to nine guests, including duo studios, deluxe studios, spacious one- and two-bedroom villas, and brand-new two-bedroom penthouse villas. Many rooms will feature spectacular views.
It is important to remember that the Island Tower Studios will only sleep 4, unlike the original Deluxe Studios. The original Deluxe Studios will still sleep 5.
Be sure to get a closer look at the rooms HERE.
