Woody’s Lunch Box is a favorite quick-service spot for Guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios. However, one big problem has always been the seating situation. Disney has completely demolished the area. We sure hope something better is on the horizon!
Woody’s Lunch Box
When you shrink down to the size of one of Andy’s toys, you have the chance to explore Andy’s backyard! Toy Story Land has three great attractions, a new table-service restaurant, and a great quick-service option.
Woody’s Lunch Box serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with favorites like pop tarts, breakfast bowls, sandwiches, and totchos!
Unfortunately, this favorite spot has never offered indoor seating. And, there is not an adequate number of tables. Guests must find a spot to eat outside. Because this restaurant is so popular, it is extremely difficult to find seating during busier times.
Something new on the way?
Disney has completely demolished the quick-service seating for Woody’s Lunch Box. There is very limited seating in Toy Story Land and also at the entrance to Galaxy’s Edge from Toy Story Land.
We surely hope Disney has heard our cries of desperation! Outdoor seating is brutal considering Florida is hot 9 months out of the year.
The area is currently surrounded in scrim. It would be really great if they built a new building that would allow for air-conditioned seating, or, at the very least, a covered pavilion with fans like they have on Sunset Boulevard.
Our Recommendation
We recommend eating during a non-peak time so you can find a table to eat at. A late breakfast/early lunch or late lunch/early dinner should suffice.
You may also want to consider taking your food over to ABC Commissary where there is a large indoor seating area.
Hopefully Disney has something great planned for this area that allows for more tables and cooler air! We will keep you posted.
