New Reopening Date Confirmed for Disney’s Jungle Cruise

Disney has confirmed a new reopening date for the Jungle Cruise at the Magic Kingdom. See how soon you can enjoy this attraction again.

Refurbishments are pretty common at Walt Disney World. Guests can run into refurbishments throughout the resorts, restaurants and theme parks.

Refurbishments are necessary to keep the hotels, attractions, shops, and other experiences running at their best.

Jungle Cruise

A refurbishment for Disney’s Jungle Cruise was previously announced in late summer. The attraction closed for refurbishment on August 24th. At the time of the closure, no reopening date was given.

It was later confirmed that the attraction will reopen to guests on October 18, 2024.

Now, we have received another update regarding the reopening date.

Reopening Date

Today, Disney has confirmed the attraction will open earlier than previously expected. Updated operating hours can now be seen on the Walt Disney World calendar for October 16, 2024. This is two days earlier than previously announced.

Disney’s Jungle Cruise has a new reopening date and will now reopen on October 16, 2024.

We are happy to see this fun attraction open sooner to guests! It is good to see that the attraction will be open just in time for the holidays to begin. You will not want to miss the special holiday overlay when it becomes the Jingle Cruise.
