Moana, Moana Everywhere!
Moana swept on the scene for the first time in 2016, and her popularity hasn’t slowed. Disney has responded by giving fans more Moana. For example, Journey of Water-Inspired by Moana made its debut in EPCOT last year!
Fans are also getting a Moana sequel, which will hit theaters soon! You can also check out a new movie trailer at the end of this post.
Now, Disney is also bringing a brand new Moana splash pad play area to Walt Disney World. Make way!
Moana’s Voyage
A brand-new DVC tower is about to open at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The tower is bringing with it the all-new zero-entry Cove Pool for Guests to enjoy. The new pool will include a fun splash pad and water play area called Moana’s Voyage.
This week, life-size sculptures of Moana and her iconic canoe were unveiled! The project looks like it is going to be so much fun for little explorers!
According to Disney, just like Moana on her epic ocean adventure, little wayfinders will be able to embark on their own journey in this family-friendly splash zone. Kids will discover the wonders of water with playful sprayers and bubbly fountains all around them as their imaginations flow free.
