Are you hoping to head to Disneyland this holiday season? Here are some new character costumes and holiday experiences to look for.
Holidays at Disneyland
The Holidays at Disneyland Resort returned today, November 15, 2024, and they will last through January 6, 2025. The parks are filled with bright décor, festive family fun, attraction transformations, and more!
Popular favorites have returned such as “it’s a small world” Holiday, which transports guests through a world tour of good cheer. And, Jack Skellington from “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” is back to bring whimsical sights and seasonal surprises to Haunted Mansion Holiday!
Don’t forget to look for new popcorn buckets and holiday treats! And there are a few other fun new offerings as well! Here is what to expect in the parks!
Disneyland Park
First, be on the lookout for Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and some of their friends to make appearances in Disneyland Park in all-new outfits reminiscent of writing heartfelt letters during the holidays. These new outfits are adorable!
If you want to see Santa, you are in luck, too. This year, Santa Claus and select characters meet with guests at the all-new “Holiday Fun with Santa and Friends!” at the Fantasyland Theatre in Disneyland Park. You can also enjoy singalongs and even some crafts while you are there.
Guests can also look forward to familiar favorites such as “A Christmas Fantasy Parade.” And, every night, festive fireworks and stirring music bring the season to life during the “Believe…In Holiday Magic” nighttime spectacular! Be sure to watch for snowfall, too!
Disney California Adventure
Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park is back! In addition to a wide range of flavorful food and beverages, Guests will enjoy a variety of live entertainment, unique festival merchandise, and more. This year, the festival expands with a wider rotating lineup of new and returning live bands and cultural performance groups for all ages to enjoy.
Head to Festival of the Holidays for food, music, and fun!
And, don’t forget to check that Paradise Gardens is home to the returning celebration Disney ¡Viva Navidad!, featuring daily crafts, specialty dishes at Paradise Garden Grill, live music, and décor. Surely, there is something for everyone.
