Christmas just came early for Bluey fans! Soon you can actually meet Bluey. You don’t want to miss out on all of the exciting details.
Bluey Fans
For those unfamiliar with the show, Bluey is an animated series that follows the lives of a family of 4 Australian Blue Heelers. The show’s beauty lies in its simplicity mixed with surprisingly thought-provoking overtones.
Recently, Disney acquired the global theatrical rights to create a Bluey film! The film will be created under the Disney Banner.
This new Disney acquisition is great in the long term for fans to enjoy the Bluey movie coming to theaters in 2027. In the short term, get ready for more Bluey fun in the Disney Parks and aboard the Disney Cruise Line.
Disney Parks
Oftentimes, Disneyland receives more rare character interactions, but this time, both East and West Theme Parks can enjoy Bluey.
Josh D’Amaro, Chairman, Disney Experiences shares, “Bluey has become a household name for families around the world and we are thrilled to bring her story to life in new ways. We can’t wait to watch our youngest guests and their families make memories with Bluey in our parks and on our cruises.”
Details are not available for where and when guests can begin to meet Bluey at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. We will share this news when it becomes available.
Disney Cruise Line
Beginning in January 2025, Disney Cruise Line voyages originating from Australia and New Zealand. Guests can interact with Bluey and her sister Bingo with fun meet and greets, a clue-filled game that ends in a dance party featuring Bluey’s signature moves, and magical holiday fun.
Bluey meet and greets are coming to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and select Disney Cruise Line sailings.
This will be a great interaction for both guests young and the young at heart. 2025 is looking like a great year for Disney fans.
