Every athlete that is participating in a runDisney race event must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo. At the Expo, athletes will receive their race bib and event shirt (soon to be Brooks running!). The Expo is also where you can shop for official runDisney merchandise.

However, the Expo has so much more than just race bibs and official runDisney merchandise. There are also all kinds of vendors for all of your running needs, from essential running gear to fun accessories.
RunPFX
AdventHealth’s RunPFX Program will be at the upcoming 2025 Marathon Weekend’s Expo. It makes no difference if you are new to running or if you are a Perfect Dopey. The RunPFX Program will help you improve your performance, apply the correct strategies to have you running your best, and best of all avoid injury.
During your Motion Analysis, they will be evaluating your speed, balance, motion, posture, and flexibility. They will make a personalize plan to help you improve the underlying cause if they see any movement-related issues.

This closer look will include looking into your stride length, cadence, foot strike, knee and hip angle and more. The complete program assessment includes shoe recommendation (if needed), a customized exercise program, a functional movement assessment, and a personalized running analysis.
How Much and How to Book Your Appointment
Appointments will be available during the Expo beginning January 8th through January 11th. The appointment is an hour long session and appointments can be made ahead of time. The Running Assessment packages start at $299.
