Exciting Entertainment
It really is the most wonderful time of the year, and the Walt Disney World Parks are set to become even more magical. At Magic Kingdom, guests can enjoy two viewings of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade during the day and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at night.
For New Year’s Eve, guests at the Magic Kingdom can enjoy two showings of the Fantasy in the Sky fireworks.
EPCOT guests can enjoy Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration for one night only. Get showtimes and see fun activities throughout the Walt Disney World Resorts HERE.
Fireworks at Hollywood Studios
The magic now extends to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In the past, guests could enjoy a DJ with a New Year’s Eve countdown, but Disney is rolling out the red carpet for New Year’s Eve guests.
“At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, enjoy a variety of live entertainment and DJs all night long, including the Pixar Dance Party. Don’t miss the New Year’s Countdown Fireworks.”
A large fireworks show has been missing for several years from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We can’t wait to see Disney’s Hollywood Studios illuminated at night with brilliant, colorful fireworks.
Special Characters
Along with a fun Pixar Dance and fireworks, guests can also enjoy “special character experiences.” At this time, Disney has not shared which characters may be present.
New fireworks and special character experiences will delight guests on New Year’s Eve at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
This will be a fun night for guests of all ages. With the Parks more crowded than usual, these New Year’s Eve offerings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will help to spread out guests a bit more.
