This Popular Character Experience has Ended

Disney has removed a popular character experience without warning. Find out which one and if it will impact your plans.

Deadpool and Wolverine

The “Story Time with Deadpool” is a family friendly show of tales told by Deadpool. He presents stories from his reading chair. Wolverine would also stop by for this special story time!

“Story Time with Deadpool” and appearances by Deadpool and Wolverine were announced as limited time offerings.

Deadpool and Wolverine also make appearances in various entertainment offerings at Disney California Adventure like “Avengers Assemble!” and “Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance Off!” Both of these entertainment options take place in Avengers Campus.

Story Time Has Ended

“Story Time with Deadpool” debuted on July 26, 2024. There was even a holiday version “Story Time with Deadpool Holiday Special” that debuted on November 15, 2024. However, both versions of this experience have ended.

“Story Time with Deadpool” has ended and Deadpool and Wolverine are no longer making regular appearances in Avengers Campus.

Along with the “Story Time with Deadpool” ending, Guests will no longer see Deadpool and Wolverine making regular appearances in Avengers Campus.

What Does This Mean for You?

Unfortunately, if you were planning on viewing this experience on your upcoming visit, you will not be able to. Disney has removed this experience with no warning.

“Story Time with Deadpool” is no longer listed on the entertainment calendar for Disneyland Resort.

It is always disappointing when an experience you enjoy is no longer available. Hopefully, you were able to enjoy the show during its limited time offering. I also hope that we will see these characters in future experiences.
