DVC Moonlight Magic
Eligible Disney Vacation Club Members have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of perks. One of my (Heather) personal favorites is Moonlight Magic. This free event lets members enjoy Disney Parks after hours with lower crowds and shorter than-average wait times. Members also can see rare characters.
DVC Moonlight Magic is returning to both Disneyland and Disney World in 2025.
But even with all that, there is more! Members and their Guests can enjoy complimentary treats, these include Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar, Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich, and Fruit Bar.

2025 Moonlight Magic Dates
Moonlight Magic will return to both coasts in 2025! Check out the dates for this year HERE.
Moonlight Magic events will take place on select nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney California Adventure Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, EPCOT, and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park in 2025.
Disney Vacation Club has changed the way Members will register for this year’s Moonlight Magic. They have separated them into seasons with one registration date for each season. Members are allowed to sign up for one event per season versus per park! Winter season is January – February, Spring is April – June, and the Summer season is July- September.
When Does Registration Open?
The registration dates for the Winter Season, which includes the January 26th Hollywood Studios event, February 3rd Disney California Event, and the February 12th Animal Kingdom event early registration begins on January 15th with general registration opening on January 17th.
Moonlight Magic now has three seasons. Members are allowed to register for one event per season versus per park.
Early registration for the Spring Season opens on February 27th with general registration opening on March 6th. The Spring Season includes events at EPCOT on April 30th and Typhoon Lagoon on May 20th and June 9th.
The Summer Season early registration opens on May 15th with general registration opening on May 22nd. Summer Season events include EPCOT on July 17th, Typhoon Lagoon on August 11th, and Hollywood Studios on September 9th.
