There are so many benefits to being part of the Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Family even beyond a year (or more) of access to fun in the theme parks. Every tier on the UOAP spectrum has its own range of perks. These might include merch discounts, food discounts, room discounts, and even tickets to exclusive events depending on the type of annual or seasonal pass you select. But there are some perks that benefit every UOAP! For example, this year there is an exclusive Year-round Passholder-exclusive entrance at Universal Islands of Adventure! Passholders also get access to the UOAP lounge when it is available.

And right now as part of January’s UOAP Bonus Benefits, there is an exclusive 70% off sale just for passholders and Team Members. But hurry because it won’t last long!

Exclusive 70% Off Sale

Right now through January 31, 2025, Universal Orlando Resort is hosting this exclusive 70% off sale! Annual Passholders simply head to Hollywood’s famous Brown Derby Hat Shop at Universal Studios any time between 7 am and 4 pm (subject to change). It has been transformed into a home for all the discounted merchandise.

Once you arrive, you MUST present your active UOAP to obtain entry to the sale event and to make purchases at the discounted rate. Space in the shop is limited, so you might have to wait in line for entry if the building is at capacity.

But those who visit are rewarded with amazing deals on Universal Orlando Merch. Some of it is still regular price around the rest of the park!

See What’s Inside

The merchandise selection is random and changes constantly. You might find a completely different range of products and sizes from one day to the next.

There have been a variety of items including apparel such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and more in both adult and child sizes. Socks, hats, and beanies have also been available.

You might find exclusive Loungefly backpacks or handbags and wallets. Other brands of themed bags have been popping up too!

The day we visited, there was an array of home goods. This included mugs, plates, travel cups, and more. There were even some cozy blankets!

You might also find small items like pins and keychains. Be on the lookout for collectibles too.

We even saw a few popcorn buckets! These were flying out fast, of course.

And, of course, you will find plush. We saw plush items that are still available in the retail shops.

These items all come from a variety of IPs. There was plenty of merch from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. And, there were entire sections of Minions. Marvel, and Jurassic Park merch as well. Hello Kitty, The Secret Life of Pets and Transformers had a presence, too.

The day we visited, there was plenty of holiday merch as well. Ornaments and Macy’s Parade shirts were in stock.

The variety changes every day!

Even better, the price points were great. I (Kate) have been wishing for a Universal hoodie I have seen for $60. In the shop, it rang up for around $13! It is still full price in many Universal retail locations!

The 70% off discount is worth taking a look at if you have a hankering for some great merch. And don’t worry. There are signs all around the shop that do the math for you so you know what you are paying before you check out.

Hurry though! Remember the deals end on January 31. So far, Universal has NOT announced an extension for the sale. I hope they keep it around for a long time for UOAPs to enjoy!
