We have shared many updates to the My Disney Experience apps for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. This app is invaluable while visiting Disney Parks, from booking your next Lightning Lane Multi-Pass selection to even locating your car after a long day in the parks.

Guests can also avoid waiting in line to place a food order using the Mobile Order feature on the My Disney Experience app. Thankfully, Disney continues to offer updates to mobile ordering to make it even more user-friendly.

The most recent update even allows guests to spend LESS time on their phones when completing mobile orders. Find out more about this update HERE.

The My Disney Experience app is now more user-friendly, which will make your park days go even more smoothly.

A brand new horizontal menu is now available to all guests to toggle between filters such as “Wait Times,” “Dining,” “Attractions,” “Entertainment,” “Characters,” “Restrooms,” “Shops,” “Transportation,” “Guest Services,” “Events and Tours,” “PhotoPass,” and “Resort Hotels.”

Under “Dining” you can filter dining locations based on Mobile Order or to make an Advanced Dining Reservation. Along with this feature is also the ability to join the Walk-up Waitlist for dining locations available on the map.

Lightning Lane Update

The process to purchase a Lightning Lane also received a much-needed update. Both the Lightning Lane Multi-Pass and the Lightning Lane Single Pass are combined into a single calendar. This will make purchasing either of both of these even easier.

This new version of the My Disney Experience app, version 8.6, allows guests to see more filters without having them subdivided. This should make your next trip to Walt Disney World and Disneyland even easier.
