Many have speculated what this new “Disney Villains Unfairly Ever After” may be like. Along with several screens featured in concept art, Disney has promised feature appearances by dozens of the most infamous evildoers.

A recent casting call for Maleficent makes us really excited for this new show. Disney Casting just posted the following description: Female identifying performer. 5’10” to 6’1″. As portrayed in the animated classic.

This casting call is for a non-singing role. Casting submissions will be accepted through February 1, 2025, with potential in-person callbacks to be held on February 13, 2025, in Orlando, FL. We can’t wait to see the other characters cast for this show with an opening in the summer of 2025.

The prepared casting gives us a fun sneak peek of possible dialogue for this new show. The audition reading includes, “Well, well…quite the glittering assemblage we have here, this evening. And dressed in such festive, holiday attire. My, my, we have royalty…nobility…the gentry…and how quaint event the rebel!”

“I really felt quite distressed at not receiving an invitation to tonight’s festivities. I am sure it was merely due to some…oversight. (More angered) Hear me when I say, you shall not get the best of me again. Remember…I am the mistress of all evil! You should be wise to never forget it!”
