One of our must-do restaurants is closing for refurbishment. Find out if this closure will impact your Disney vacation.
Refurbishments
Any closures for refurbishments during your Disney vacation can be disappointing, especially if it is something your family is longing to do. Refurbishments can impact attractions, hotels, shops, and even restaurants.
Fortunately, Disney does their best to inform Guests of any refurbishments well in advance (when possible).
Refurbishments are important and need to happen to keep operations running smoothly.
Sebastion’s Bistro
Sebastian’s Bistro is a table service dining option at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Disney describes it as, “transport your taste buds to “island time” with delightful family-style dishes infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors.”
The House-Made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding for dessert may be even better than (gasp!) ‘Ohana’s.
When people think of Disney meals, they tend to think of popular character meals. This restaurant is a must-do even though it may not be on many people’s radar. Check out our review HERE. Be sure to take a look at the updated menu enhancements HERE.
Upcoming Closure
Disney has just announced that Sebastian’s Bistro will close for refurbishment on March 24, 2025. The restaurant is expected to reopen to Guests at the end of March.
