Disney Cruise Line has announced a sudden itinerary change on one of its sailings. Disney also compensated the guests onboard! Find out which sailing was impacted.

Disney Cruise Line recently increased gratuities but also brought back the Dine and Play.
Disney Cruise Line travels all over, with destinations including Alaska, the Caribbean, Europe, and their private islands. Disney has two private islands called Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay
Itinerary Change
Disney Cruise Line Guests on the February 1st sailing aboard the Disney Treasure were notified of an itinerary change. Because of ongoing construction work, the Disney Treasure is unable to dock in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Due to ongoing construction work, the Disney Treasure is unable to dock in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This resulted in an itinerary change. The Disney Treasure will now stop at Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Because there is no available berth for the Disney Treasure, the ship will now stop at Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. The revised itinerary is below:
- Saturday – Port Canaveral, Florida
- Sunday – Day at Sea
- Monday – Day at Sea
- Tuesday – Tortola, British Virgin Islands
- Wednesday – Day at Sea (previously San Juan, Puerto Rico)
- Thursday – Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point
- Friday – Disney Castaway Cay
- Saturday – Port Canaveral, Florida
Guests Compensation
Disney Cruise Line knows that guests book certain cruises because of their planned itineraries. Unfortunately, there are not many Disney Cruise Line sailings that visit San Juan, so many Guests may have booked this specific sailing for this Port of Call. DCL is compensating impacted guests.
Each stateroom will receive non-refundable, non-transferrable onboard credit that must be used during this sailing.
Each stateroom will receive a non-refundable, non-transferrable onboard credit of $250 that must be used during this sailing. The onboard credit can be used towards the purchase of shipboard services, merchandise, food and beverages, or Port adventures.
