The Walt Disney Company aims to give back to local communities in many ways. From a huge annual Toys for Tots Drive, making magic happen with the “Make-a-Wish” foundation, and giving to local food banks, the Walt Disney Company looks for special ways to spread more than just pixie dust with others.

With the recent fires in California, Disney CEO Bob Iger shared, “The Walt Disney Company is committed to supporting our community and our employees as we all work together to recover and rebuild from this unbelievable devastation.”

The Walt Disney Company committed $15 million for initial and immediate response and rebuilding efforts, along with creating an Employee Relief Fund. However, the Walt Disney Company is still finding ways to give back.

Disney just announced a new Heroes Ticket allowing the brave individuals who responded on the frontlines of the recent fires in Los Angeles to bring a guest and enjoy a Park Hopper ticket.

“The Heroes Ticket will be available to eligible California firefighters as well as eligible Los Angeles-based law enforcement personnel and emergency medical technicians who helped combat the LA fires in January 2025. The Heroes Ticket will also be available to eligible individuals from other departments that provided mutual aid assistance.”

This Heroes Ticket will be valid from May 5 – August 7, 2025, Mondays through Thursdays. A theme park reservation will be required and is subject to availability.
