Soarin’ Around the World is a popular Disney attraction that can be found on both coasts. You can experience it at EPCOT in Walt Disney World or at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland.

Soarin’ takes guests on a hang glider ride around the world. There they see breathtaking views of wonders across the globe.

Soarin’ Over California

While Sorain’ Around the World in Disneyland hasn’t received the same updates as the Walt Disney World version of the ride, it is about to undergo a big transformation! We are pretty excited about it.

From time to time, Disneyland brings back the original version of the ride: Soarin’ Over California. It has also returned to Walt Disney World for a limited time.

Guests love the sweeping views of California including San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Palm Springs, and more. Some fans are particularly fond of the smell of orange blossoms they experience on the ride.

When is Soarin’ Over California Coming Back

Soarin’ Transforms back into Soarin’ Over California or a limited time at Disney California Adventure in Disneyland. It will arrive just in time for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, which runs February 28-April 21, 2025.
