This Early Entry Addition is Disney World Game Changer

Disney Resort Guests rejoice because a popular attraction will finally be added to Early Entry. This will be a game changer for guests. Find out the best early entry strategy to enjoy this new early entry attraction.

Early Entry Perk

One perk of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort is Early Theme Park Hours.  All guests utilizing this benefit can take advantage of entering the parks 30 minutes before the parks officially open.

This offering includes several headliner attractions at  Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and soon, Disney’s Animal Kingdom. While not all attractions are included as part of this offering, most of the major attractions are included.

The list of available attractions has changed over the years based on crowd interest and also the reliability of the attraction (we are looking at you, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure).

Cosmic Rewind Early Entry

Earlier today, Disney announced that the two attractions using the Virtual Queue system will change. This includes Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

On Tuesday, February 25th, a virtual queue will no longer be offered, and guests may use a traditional standby queue. Guests may still purchase the Lightning Lane Single Pass to skip the line for a fee.

Starting February 25, 2025, Cosmic Rewind will be available for EPCOT’s Early Entry. This will be a game changer for Early Entry at EPCOT.

Early Entry at EPCOT

Two of the most popular attractions for Early Entry at EPCOT are Frozen Ever After and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Guests staying at Skyliner Resorts and along Disney’s Boardwalk have an Early Entry advantage as they can enter EPCOT through the International Gateway entrance. Located near the France pavilion, this is a great advantage for low wait times for these two attractions.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will be available for Early Entry starting February 25, 2025.

All other Disney Resort guests aboard the Disney bus transportation, Disney monorail, or driving themselves must enter at the main entrance near Spaceship Earth. Located near the front entrance, guests at this main entrance will now have the Early Entry advantage to be among the first in line for Cosmic Rewind starting February 25th.

This may change a few guests’ views of which Disney Resort they choose for their next trip to EPCOT.
