We are so excited for Epic Universe to open on May 22, 2025! Each day, there are new developments and details released for all the fun that is to come for visitors.

There has been a HUGE update that makes it all feel even more real. Universal Orlando Resort has added a park map for Epic Universe to the app!

PIRATE TIP: If you want to see the map, simply navigate to the usual location for park maps. You will have to scroll away from the other parks to see it. Just scroll down and to the left-hand side. You also might need to update your app or do a hard restart to get it to display for you.

Observant Universal Orlando resort fans have already conducted a thorough study of the maps. And some fans have some BIG questions about what they have noticed.

For example, the map of Epic Universe has markers for each portal for Virtual Queues. When the map launched, if you clicked on a portal, text would display saying “Virtual Line.”

Of course, this has caused rumors to begin swirling across the internet.

The truth is that there has been no official announcement from Universal Orlando Resort pertaining to Virtual Lines for Epic Universe. In fact, the map has already been cleaned up to remove the feature for now.

Universal Orlando Reosrt has not provided official information on Virtual Lines.
