One of Disney World’s popular restaurants is getting a menu overhaul. But, will the changes be an upgrade? Here are all the details for you to decide for yourself.

Menu updates have arrived at one of Disney’s popular signature restaurants. The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has ebbed and flowed over the years. But recently, it was on the upswing, serving delicious fine dining options in the middle of a theme park.
Truly, the Hollywood Brown Derby has been one of the best options for in-park signature dining recently. And, now Disney is updating the menu to keep it fresh and flavorful.
Don’t worry, many Hollywood Brown Derby staples will still be available. The Famous Cobb Salad is on both the lunch and dinner menu. Likewise, the Grapefruit Cake remains available for dessert.

The 2024 menu was already pretty good. However, these 2025 updates look absolutely mouthwatering.
Happily, the new menu made its debut on March 4, 2025. So, you can enjoy all the food on your next visit!
Here is a tour of the appetizers, entrees, and desserts! We can’t wait to taste it all!
New Appetizers at The Hollywood Brown Derby

Start your meal with something amazing. New appetizers are joining the lineup to begin the meal on a high note! The hardest part will be picking just one!
House-made Ravioli: English peas, carrot purée, and pickled alba mushrooms
Creamy Corn Bisque: Crab salad and saffron crème fraîche
Sake-braised Pork Belly: Apple-ginger purée, shiitake mushrooms, tasso ham, and shiso
Grand Marnier Liqueur-macerated Seasonal Fruit Burrata: Lollo rosso, frisée, caramelized spiced pine nuts, and citrus vinaigrette
New Entrees at the Hollywood Brown Derby

Be prepared to make another hard decision when it is time to order entrees! The new flavors all sound like winners.
Filet Mignon: Potato-carrot mash, spicy broccoli rabe, black garlic butter, and madeira demi
Grilled Ōra King Salmon: Creamed corn succotash, pancetta, and Spring onion pistou
Lamb Shank: Quinoa-pea salad, paneer paratha chips, and mint yogurt
Free-Range Chicken: Scallion-chorizo cakes, roasted squash, grilled peppers, and red mole sauce

One thing we did notice is that there are not currently vegetarian or vegan options on the published menu. To create such a dish would require modifications.

Au Gratin Potato: Black diamond cheddar
