There are many attractions, hotels, and even restaurants on Disney’s refurbishment lists. However, Disney has just shared that one attraction will be opening very soon and that Cast Members are testing it!
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros is located in EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort. This attraction is housed in the Mexico Pavillion.
This slow dark boat ride is located in the Mexico Pavillion in EPCOT.
Riders sail along the Rio Grande on a boat and see some of the most famous cities and sites of Mexico. Guests see Jose Carioca and Panchito Pistoles are trying to locate Donald Duck. At the end of the ride, the three Caballeros are reunited.
Reopening Date Announced
The Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros closed on January 6, 2025, for refurbishment. There has been no announcement as to what the refurbishment entailed.
The Gran Fiesta Tour closed for refurbishment on January 6, 2025, and is set to reopen on March 15, 2025.
Disney has shared that The Gran Fiesta Tour is “expected to reopen on March 15, 2025.” We know for sure that Cast Members are currently testing the attraction today, March, 11, 2025!
What Does This Mean for You?
If you are heading to Disney World soon, this is great news! With Spring Break crowds hitting Disney World, another attraction for Guests to enjoy is always a good thing.
Two attractions will reopen from their refurbishment this week, Kali River Rapids and The Gran Fiesta Tour.
