Although Disney has removed many of the Disney Resort perks over the years, they are trying to upgrade this perk for 2025. Check out this newest upgrade and tell us what you think of it.
Disney Resort Perks

Staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts offers a few perks. One of the best perks of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort is Early Theme Park Hours. All guests utilizing this benefit can take advantage of entering the parks 30 minutes before the parks officially open.
Guests enjoy using the various modes of free Disney transportation throughout Walt Disney World. This is a luxury for many, especially those who choose to fly to Orlando for their Disney vacation.
Another fun perk is for guests to interact with her favorite Disney pals at select Disney resorts. See the new schedule Disney made for this fun perk HERE.
Extended Hours for Blizzard Beach

New for 2025 packages: Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel can enjoy admission to one of the water parks on check-in day! This is included with your stay.
Typically, Blizzard Beach offers operational hours from 10 AM until 5 PM daily. There is a new change for operational hours affected by heavier spring break crowds.
For March 12 through March 29, 2025, Blizzard Beach will remain open until 6 PM. This will allow guests an additional one hour to enjoy this great, free Walt Disney World resort Park. If you will be visiting Blizzard Beach during these dates, you may want to arrive early to avoid the park reaching capacity and to enjoy lower wait times.
Disney Resort Perk Closing

Many Disney guests hoped that both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach would remain open simultaneously in 2025 because of the newest resort perk for free water park admission.
March 12 through March 29, 2025, Blizzard Beach will remain open until 6 PM.
Unfortunately, it appears that Blizzard Beach will close at the end of April. This will leave only Typhoon Lagoon open for guests to enjoy this resort Park. Check out the full details for this closure HERE.
What do you think of these extended hours? Do you think the water parks may reach capacity as we head into the warmer months during peak travel season? Share your thoughts with us and share this news with your Disney pals.
