Michelin inspectors have awarded stars to three Orlando restaurants for 2024. And, one of these is a Walt Disney World fan favorite! Will you be adding it to your dining bucket list?
Michelin Stars
A Michelin Star is awarded to restaurants offering outstanding cooking. According to Michelin, inspectors take into account five universal criteria: the quality of the ingredients, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of techniques, the personality of the chef as expressed through their cuisine, and consistency both across the entire menu and over time.
One Disney World Restaurant Capa, a Spanish steakhouse located at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, earned a star in 2022 and has maintained it. You can read a review of Capa HERE.
Now, three more Orlando restaurants have earned Michelin Stars in 2024! And, one of these is a fan favorite in Walt Dinsey World!
Victoria & Alberts
When Michelin inspectors began awarding stars in Orlando, many people raised an eyebrow when Victoria & Alberts did not make the cut. After all, it has long been considered Disney’s finest dining experience and has raked in other recognitions including the AAA Five Diamond Award every year since 2000.
Victoria & Alberts was named in the Michelin Guide in 2023 along with other Disney restaurants including Toledo and Citricos. However, it looks like 2024 is Victoria & Albert’s year to shine!
Victoria & Alberts finally earned a Michelin star! Its fans can all agree that this is a well-deserved honor.
Dining at Victoria & Alberts
Victoria and Albert’s is a contemporary restaurant, located at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. The gorgeous restaurant offers chef’s tasting menus and uses fresh seasonal ingredients to craft creative dishes.
Dining here is a splendid experience that is hard to come by. This is because when you reserve a table at Victoria & Alberts, it is yours for the entire evening! A dining experience easily here can last over four hours.
